These are the mountains that began in Alaska, continue through Canada and the US. They continue the length of the Baja and disappear in to the Pacific Ocean at Finisterra. It looks sparse at first, but then you realize that the mountains are covered with cacti and dry area trees. The valleys are green and there are farms and ranches dotted in with dry areas of cacti. It has a very special beauty to it. The roads are good but narrow.

Mexico - Wedding - Fun
These are a variety of pictures from Kimmy and Forrest's wedding and the days before and after. They are out of order because iIcan't seem to control where the pictures go.
The girls had their hair done on the beach after the wedding. This was the beach right in the town of San Lucas. As well as having your hair done, you can buy T-shirts, jewelry, boxes, masks...
This was the first wedding {Kimmy and Forrest on the couch.} Ed and Linda having breakfast the girls all dressed up for the big event.

I spent the weekend with Clayton and Stephanie in North Hampton. Clayton knew I was coming but I surprised Stephanie and Summer.Summer woke=up Saturday morning to find me there. She was very excited. Summer is 4 years and 10 months, and River is a little over 6 months. Summer goes to school three days a week and loves it. She writes and draws all the time. River is usually smiling and happy. He has two new teeth.
I love their new house. It is perfect for them and they have done so much to make it a home.

Sunday march 18th - Baseball Hall of Fame
Last Sunday Jessie and I drove to Cooperstown with Abigail and Little Clayton. It was a beautiful day. The snow is still covering the countryside. We saw lots of deer and wild turkeys on the way down. Our ride was about 2 hours. Clayton and Stephanie had a three hour ride from North Hampton. We all met in Cooperstown at about two o'clock. We had a quick lunch and then spent the afternoon at the Hall of Fame. None of us had been in years. Stephanie and the kids had never been. We had the place to ourselves. The little kids spent the day running and laughing. After the Hall closed we went out to dinner to celebrate Clayton's birthday. It was a great day!
