These are the mountains that began in Alaska, continue through Canada and the US. They continue the length of the Baja and disappear in to the Pacific Ocean at Finisterra. It looks sparse at first, but then you realize that the mountains are covered with cacti and dry area trees. The valleys are green and there are farms and ranches dotted in with dry areas of cacti. It has a very special beauty to it. The roads are good but narrow.
This is the end of the Baja Pennisula, Finisterra or Lands End. It is part of the limestone mountains that end as these hugh towers of rock surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. This beach is known as "Lover's Beach"

This is the harbor area of San Lucas. There is a row of colorful restaurants, three of which I ate in.

After the wedding, I stayed in a Bed and Breakfast in Downtown San Lucas for five days. One day was spent with the "Montazoma's Revenge." the rest of the days were spent seeing the southern Baja.
